K-12 School Groups
School, after school, and camp group visits are offered at 10am, 1pm, and 3pm Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, and are designed to provide an engaging experience for students and educators.
Visits begin with a one-hour, inquiry-based gallery tour led by Museum Educators. Each school group is divided into two smaller groups to ensure a more personalized and interactive experience in the galleries. Schools have the option to enhance their visit by adding a 1-hour workshop, where students deepen their understanding of the tour’s themes through hands-on artmaking and collaborative learning.
For all school visits, one chaperone is required for every 10 students. Each additional chaperone is $10. Booking requests must be made at least 4 weeks before desired visit date.

Non-School Groups
Non-school Groups may choose from a menu of 40-minute guided tours. Tours are designed to engage participants in dialogue and reflection on the stories, people, and movements that have shaped the ongoing struggle for Civil Rights in Northern urban environments.
